Neural Network frameworks

Hi all,

I investigate Neural Network libraries at this time,
and it seems to me that the Encog3
(http://code.google.com/p/encog-java/)
framework is very strong and capable.

I ported it very easily as a toolbox in ScalaLab
(http://code.google.com/p/scalalab/) and seems to work
fine.

Any opinions and thoughts from members of the community
interested in Computational Intelligence?
