You don't say which version of the plugin ...

2.7.3.final doesn't support Eclipse 3.5M5. Trunk does, but if that's a
little to exciting you should take a look at Ismael Juma's backport of
most of the more recent developments to the 2.7.3 compiler and
libraries

As I understand Eclipse plugin is now bug-free!!

Eagerly waiting new offline installation plugin archive
Because of corporate firewall I can’t use direct update sites for Eclipse.
