Deprecating Application

Will Application be removed in the next version already? If not, could
its use generate a FATAL error instead of a warning? Given the limited
scope of Application use and the ease of replacement with App, I think
users would be better served with a fatal error than a warning.

I would prefer just removing it, alongside Scala.dbc and Scala.Enumeration.
