Notepad++ Scala and Bespin Theme
Sat, 2012-01-21, 19:19
I just changed my Notepad++ theme to Bespin. Looks fine except for
Scala, which is gone all gonzo (almost everything highlighted white).
Scala syntax highlighting was fine before. Scala code is all mis-
highlighted with anything other than the default Notepad++ theme.
Anyone else had this experience and have some hings how to fix?
Thanks

Re: Notepad++ Scala and Bespin Theme
Yep. All the normal Scala highlighting works fine with the default
'white' theme. It's only when I choose any of the non-default themes
everything goes nuts for Scala files. Non-Scala files work fine with
the new theme.
Just curious if others had had a similar experience.

Re: Notepad++ Scala and Bespin Theme
I have version 5.9.3 and I just updated to 5.9.6.2 and it works.
Maybe you need to click again on Syntax > Scala

Re: Notepad++ Scala and Bespin Theme
I've got 5.9.6.2 as well with Scala selected. Here's a screenshot.
It's a little hard to tell, but the Scala language defs seem to be
working--keywords are highlighted, etc.
I'm just getting this obnoxious white everywhere.

Re: Notepad++ Scala and Bespin Theme
Then you have to tick checkbox "Replace background color".

Have you imported
C:\scala-2.9.1.final\misc\scala-tool-support\notepad-plus
\userDefineLang.xml
