scala classes diagram

Does anybody know if/where can one get a large Scala API classes diagram (inheritance tree/graph)? Is there a tool that either generates those automatically (like JavaDoc, ScalaDoc) or with some help of a user?Obviously this tool cannot be like typical UML tools which work on Java source code... maybe there are some that analyze .class files?
