More recent version of Scala Eclipse Plugin

Please make more recent version of archive of the 2.7.3 release available.
Lot of bugs fixed since.
Firewall prevents using
http://www.scala-lang.org/scala-eclipse-plugin-nightly
directly from within Eclipse.
