Scala-tools.org is down

Folks,
Someone was doing a denial of service attack on scala-tools.org.  I've had to shut the machine down.  I'm working on getting the static snapshot of Scala-tools onto another machine.
Sorry for the inconvenience... normal service shall be restored soon.
