Http 404 problem when installing nightly Scala Eclipse plugin

Hi Miles,

FYI: I tried to install the Scala nightly plugin today without success.

From a look at the Eclipse event log, it seems that the URL of a
dependency is incorrect:
http://www.scala-lang.org/scala-eclipse-plugin-nightly/features/org.ecli...
is getting a 404 thats being reported.

I rolled back to the 2.7.6 version and are working fine with that, so
I dont need help as such, unless you think it ought to have worked and
the problem is at my end.
