How to get Eclipse Plugin 2.7.5
Wed, 2009-09-23, 08:21
Hi,
I would like to step back from 2.7.6 to 2.7.5. But the update site contains only 2.7.6.
Any ideas?
Thank you,

Heiko,
You can find an archive of the 2.7.5 plugin at:
http://www.scala-lang.org/downloads/distrib/files/ch.epfl.lamp.sdt_2.7.5...
you can also use this address as an update site:
http://www.scala-lang.org/downloads/distrib/files/scala-plugin-2.7.5.final
I should however point out that:
1) the 2.7.6 Eclipse plugin code is in fact identical to the 2.7.5 version
(except that it contains Scala 2.7.6, obviously)
2) we are planning to release a 2.7.7 shortly. Once again, the Eclipse
plugin will be unchanged but one further issue, affecting the Lift build on
2.7.6, will be addressed in the compiler.
Did you encounter any specific problems with the 2.7.6 compiler (not the
plugin itself) that you did not see in 2.7.5? If you found anything
specific, it would be important for us to know at this time.
