Error with Eclipse update site for nightly plugin

WFM ... looks like a transient network failure or dodgy upstream cache
... give it another try.

It's a know eclipse repository problem, as they seems to prepare the
release of eclipse 3.5.1.

It should be repaired in a few hours:
