Where do I go to sign up?

Everyone who wants to become an "Interested Party" should just let me know via personal email (heiko DOT seeberger AT googlemail DOT com). I will take care of the process with Eclipse (which I do not know so well yet).
I would be glad to see any kind of interest, e.g. defining new requirements, contributing to the codebase, ...
