Editor templates with the Eclipse plugin?
Thu, 2010-03-04, 09:25
Hi,
Is it possible to create editor templates with the Eclipse Plugin
(2.7.x)?
The Scala preference page doesn't mention anything, and the Java templates
doesn't seem available when editing a Scala file....
If no, has this changed in 2.8?

No, and not yet in 2.8 ... it'd be great if you could create an
enhancement ticket for this in Trac so that it doesn't get forgotten
about.
Cheers,

YaScalaDT 2.1 provide template support, but I didn't test if template
works when you're in the "regular" scala editor.
