[gsoc 2010] lift and sbt project

Hi,

for those considering doing Summer of Code with Scala, we have added yet
another project proposition. This time it is Lift & Simple Build Tool
oriented (full description available at
http://www.scala-lang.org/gsoc2010). As always feel free to discuss this
and other ideas on the mailing list. Projects connected to Lift, SBT and
many others tools are always welcome as long as the whole Scala
community can benefit from them and you can find a mentor for it.
