plenty of docs

I don't know when this started happening, but for me "ant dist" now
generates a 325 MB distribution instead of the roughly 23 MB one I had
been getting. The extra weight is all in the API docs.

New slogan: "Does YOUR language ship with 300 MB of documentation? No?
Scala: the obvious choice for documentation lovers.
