Have any plan release JDK With Scala version?

Hi,
Anyone know the feasibility for release JDK With Scala version?
Like JDK With JavaFx,or Visual Studio 2010 within F#, if comes ture, I
think the Scala will enter the TOP 20 Language soon,and talk our
project manager into Scala is easy :-)
And have any plan add Logical and constrains programming capability?
