Lift -> 2.8.0.RC3

Folks,

The 280_port_refresh_rc3 branch now has all the Lift features (except ItemList in mapper and OSGi support) enabled and passing tests.

I think we should change switch to this branch for the 2.0-scala280-SNAPSHOT code and push people to upgrade to Scala 2.8.0-RC3 so there can be some hardcore testing against real-world apps.

What do you all thing?
