scala.react and scalafx licenses

I stumbled upon the scala.react library here:http://lamp.epfl.ch/~imaier/
But I could not find any mention of a license anywhere for either scala.react or scalafx. Are these meant to be distributed under the same license as scala, or are these libraries being distributed for educational purposes only for the time being?
I would like to experiment with creating a simplified declarative internal DSL which incorporates some FRP from scala.react and adapt it for use in commercial android applications.
