RE: Colladoc 1.0 Beta 2 Announcement
Thu, 2010-08-12, 18:31
Hello Mark,
At this point, it is very unlikely that comments will be lost. The first
beta showed us that the database was robustly saving comment changes.
Whilst there may still be rough edges in the process of merging changes
back into sources, it is very unlikely to lead to lost contributions.
For example, no content was discarded between first and second beta.
Moreover, we will be very thankful for all new content as this is
necessary to properly test the history related features. That is why I
have not included the beta notice in the announcement. Therefore, I
encourage you to try out the second beta and let us know how you like
it ;-)
Cheers,
Petr
