Hi all,

It's been a great summer!
Here's my writeup: http://ensime.blogspot.com/2010/08/pencils-down.html

A big thanks to everyone who's tried ENSIME and given me feedback.

And as an aside, it's really been a pleasure working in Scala these last
couple months. The language seems to encourage safety - with
Option,Either,Pattern Matching, comprehensions, etc - Scala makes it
fun and easy to write correct code. I feel as though it's it's made me a
better programmer. Down with null!

:)

Thanks,
Aemon Cannon

Re: ENSIME GSOC Summary
Dear Aemon,
i've not had a chance to really play with ENSIME, but i'm looking forward to it! About type safety: people say, "Go to null!" but i say, "i've still got Option(s)."
Best wishes,
