Actually, it seems that the subscribe-* addresses have been erroneously
limited to intranet addresses by the mailing list admins at EPFL. I asked
Fabien to check with them what is happening.

Fabien tells me that the anomaly was due to an upgrade in progress at EPFL;
all should be working again now.

My bet is that there is such a rule with your name in the list management software.
