How to deploy *-sources.jar and *-javadoc.jar with maven?

Hello all,

Sorry if this question has already been rised & answered, I could not
find the answer. How to configure pom.xml and what command to execute,
to generate and deploy *-sources.jar and *-javadoc.jar to local
(~/.m2)
and remove (e.g. scala-tools.org) maven repositories?
