Scala interfaces to Java scientific libraries

Hi,

currently I improved on the EJML library interface of ScalaLab.

However, there is a lot of work in interfacing Java scientific
libraries, with Scala high level DSLs,
in order to be used more easily in ScalaLab,
and I invite any interesting researcher to participate
in this effort.

For example, up to now, I didn't perform significant work in
interfacing the MTJ, the COLT and the parallel COLT libraries.
