Non-Functioning Nightly Update Site

I know I mentioned this in another thread, but I thought I would bring it up again: the nightly update site is currently not working for me under 3.5 M5.  I have tried both the update site given on the wiki, as well as the nightly update site mentioned on the main Scala site.  This has been going on for at least two weeks (perhaps more).  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
