For those of you not present at ScalaDays, I want to reach out and mention that we're hiring and looking for Scala enthusiasts.
You can find some information about our team here: http://www.bizoneers.com/.  And our business website is at http://www.bizo.com
As I mentioned in my ScalaDays talk, most of our new projects start out with Scala.  We're not too dogmatic about languages and still do some work with Ruby/Rails or Java+GWT -- so if you do like mixing languages/paradigms we'd be a good fit too.  Ideally, we're looking for engineers in the San Francisco Bay Area (we're located downtown SF) but would consider other locations for exceptional candidates (we do have engineers in Nebraska and Hawaii, fwiw).
Feel free to email me directly if you want to discuss/chat about details.
